TUNE UP

  • rotor and fluid levels
  • 4 , 6, and 8 cylinder

 

 

TRANSMISSION
(we work with both automatic and standard transmissions )

  • clean and inspect fluid reservoir
  • install new pan gasket
  • refill with new fluid
  • install new filter (if required)
  • road test

 

 

AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM

  • belts
  • hoses
  • leaks
  • performance (plus freon)
  • evacuate and recharge system (plus freon)
  • replace compressor and cluth (if necessary)

 

 

COOLING SYSTEM

  • check clamps
  • belts and hoses
  • pressure check for leaks
  • freeze point / boil point / acid corrosion test
  • drain and fill with up to 2 gal. anti-freeze

 

 

STEERING/SUSPENSION SYSTEM

  • replace gas-charged shocks
  • replace idler arm
  • replace tie rod ends
  • replace ball joints and control arms
  • replace rack and pinion
  • replace steering pump
  • replace coil springs
  • repair and replace (if necessary) steering fluid lines

 

 

INSPECTIONS

  • N.C. state safety inspection
  • N.C. state safety and emissions inspections
  • N.C. state window tint test (where required)
  • federal dot truck inspection

 

 

ENGINE REPAIR

  • replace timing belt
  • replace head gasket
  • replace main seal replace
  • replace valve cover gasket
  • change-out engine

 

 

LUBRICATION SERVICE

  • oil change up to 5 qt. and oil filter (most vehicles)
  • lubrication (if required)
  • check belts & hoses
  • check all fluid levels

BRAKES

  • dual wheel and spacer / dana axles
  • disc/drum- front or rear
  • install new pads and axle seals
  • resurface drums or rotor repack wheel
  • bearings add for semi-metallic pads
  • flush, bleed, refill and check system
  • resurface front rotor (off vehicle)

  • resurface brake drums
  • repack front disc bearings (plus seal) per axle
  • new grease seal
  • install and bleed new wheel cylinder (plus brake fluid)
  • new or rebuilt calipers
  • new disc rotor
  • adjust parking brakes
  • knock off rotors clean and adjust rear brakes
  • brake clean per pint and brake fluid per pint
